Services
Scalability Studio provides DevOps consulting, cloud infrastructure, and related technical services as described on our website. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Scalability Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom work delivered to clients becomes their property upon full payment, as specified in the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalability Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
